PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS, THE RHODESIAN MINISTER OF FOREIGN
AFFAIRS, MR VAN DER BYL, SAID IN GENEVA THAT THE DEFEAT
OF THE FORD ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY
OF THE SETTLEMENT PROPOSALS CUTLINED BY THE AMERICAN
