Possible Consequences Leak on CIA Contact with Mr. Eugene Fodor of 25X1 I have just heard that Mr. Eugene Fodor, who started Fodor's Guides wishes to stand up and make a statement in which he will tell the world, as well as Mr. Hersh of the New York Times, that he is proud of the service that he was able to render to the CIA and to his country by his association with the Guides. Some 25X1h people have tried to talk him out of it but he appears determined to on ahead. He is at his home in Connecticut. 25X1 Fodor's connections with the CIA have long been known. However, if he now draws attention to them at this sensitive time, there is a dan er that the attendant publicity might I have alerted Rob Roy Ratliff of this and asked him to call CIA to make them aware of the situation.
