Attached is the weekly CIA intelligence memorandum on enemy
supply losses in Cambodia. The report ntakes the following points
of particular interest:
The daily rate of supply seizures coutnues to decline.
Based on estimates of quantities in enemy stockpiles in
Cambodia, the following percentages material have

-- The enemy continues to move rice and gasoline through Laos.
Heavy monsoon rains and air strikes probably have restricted
y logistics activity to its lowest level since the beginning of the
