(U) The London ,Sunday Observor has reported that Israeli troops captured seven Russian soldiers in uniform on the Syrian froxt during the first week of the war, and may still be holding them as prisoners of war. The paper said the Russians were. captured when Israeli forces overran their bunker. .,c. 2R1SONE1 S OF WAR (U) A press report out of Cyprus states that Israel and Egypt may exchange wounded prisoners on 4 November.. They reportedly will be transported on Red Cross aircraft. However, neither Cairo nor Tel Aviv has confirmed this report. d.
