(U) The UN Security Council adjourned early this morning without discussing a Middle East cease-fire supervision plan. Eight nonaligned nations -- -Guinea, Kenya, Sudan, India, Indonesia, Panama? Peru, and Yugoslavia ?*proposed sending an armed UN military force to police the truce and to' increase the overa11.0bserver force on both fronts.
