ACTIONS TAKEN TO IMPROVE INTELLIGENCE CAPABILITY
1. NSA rearranged its collection resources targeted against activities
in Cambodia on 30 June to permit an increase of those resources
targeted against VC/NVA forces in Cambodia. Moreover, the continuation,
after 30 June, of Airborne Communications Reconnaissance will assist in
maintaining close surveillance over the VC/NVA activities in Cambodia.
