SUBJECT: Messages to Ambassadors Lodge and Bunker
Yesterday, pursuant to our discussion, I sent messages
to both Lodge and Bunker via hack channels, informing,
them of your views on the conduct of the next secret
meetings in Paris. Messages are at Tabs C and D.
At Tab A is a response received from Bunker express-
ing his gratitude to you and at Tab B is a response
from Cabot confirming that he understands your in-
structions completely and will comply.
