The .USIB today circulated throughout the. intelligence community a
report titled:
As you know, Secretary Schlesinger is extremely concerned that
our intelligence in this area be closely held. General Wickham. called this
afternoon to ask that the report be recalled immediately. I do not know
at this time how broadly it has been circulated (we received Copy No. 125).

Obviously even if we recall it,/certain amount of damage would have
already been done and xerox copies must be assumed to exist. Nevertheless,
the recall might at least help to make clear the sensitivity of the in?ormation
