The President has requested a daily repot on the status of actions related to the situation in Cambodia fcir which your Department/Agency has primary responsibility. Recognizing that the format may need to vary with the changing situation, it is requested that information be provided under the following general categories by the appropriate Department/ Agency: 1. ? Military Operations, including ground, air and sea -- brief _summaries (Defense). U. S ? -- South Vietnam 2. Third Country Military Forces in support of Cambodia (Defense/State/CIA). 3. Military Assistance deliveries -- for the period and cumulative since April 28 (Defense/CIA). ? U. S. Captured Equipment -- Third Country (identified by country) (Reports for the 24 hour period should identify deliveries by specific item and quantity. Cumulative data should be summa- rized into major categories, for example: -- Small arms -- Crew served weapons Vehicles Communications equipment - radios -- Small arms ammunition Crew served weapons ammunition) Diplomatic Steps (State).
