Communist logistical and manpower developments in Indochina. The
report notes that with the rainy season approaching the overall detected
pace of logistical activity seems to have fall a somewhat during the first

ptpeline in North Vietnams. However, significant supply deliveries con-
tinue to be noted throughout the logistics system and Hanoi evidently
