Director, Dr. Abd-al-llad.i Mak hluf, at 1745 hours Cairo time on
22 October 1973.
2. Dr. Makhluf then passed the following message from Mr.
Isnta' it to Dr. Kissinger:
"I would like to inform you that orders have been
issued for a ceasefire in place at 1852 hours Cairo time.
"Those orders will be carried out if the other side
respects the ceasefire,
"Warm regards."
