"Dr. Kissinger appreciates Mr. Ismail's message
passed on July 11.
"13ecause of the large number of foreign heads of
state who are visiting loVashingten in the Cotning
days, Dr. Kissinger is not able at this time to
propose a specific date for a meeting with Mr. Ismail.
However, he le at present reviewing his schedule
and will within the next two weeks propose a specific
meeting date for Mr. lemail's consideration.
