1. Reference is made to my memo dated 21 August 1978 subject as
above. That memo requested comments be forwarded so as to reach ^
the PIRSG Chairman, by 2 October 1978..
2. As of this date, comments have not been received from all
addressees. The PIRSG will convene on 24 October for the purpose of
making a final review of the report and comments prior to going to press.
It will be assumed that those not providing comments by 20 October have
no comments to make.
