Perhaps his next stop should be Rochester Institute of Technology, where he could explain why he considers his CIA tenure not only a great adventure but also a service to his country. RIT has just hired the nation's largest pub- lic relations firm, Hill and Knowl- ton, to help brighten its image in the midst of a controversy over the school's ties to the CIA. RIT has experienced image problems over its CIA links since school President M. Richard Rose disclosed earlier this year that he was spending a 31/-month sabbati- cal at the agency's headquarters in Langley. Subsequent media reports said the school had extensive ties to the agency and questioned whether the CIA had, horrors, influenced the curriculum. PAn?
