Your speech on Soviet SDI to the Potomac Chapter of the National
Military Intelligence Association (NMIA) was superb. On behalf
of the NMIA, I add my thanks to that expressed by the Potomac
Chapter President and greatly appreciate that you took the time
to address our members.
You indicated to me that you would be willing to provide us a
copy of your remarks for publication in the American Intelligence
Journal. The circulation of this Journal is to our members, but
of course essentially uncontrolled. If you are able to send us
an article incorporating your remarks, we would also appreciate
if you could include a photo (3 x 4 inches).
Your agency might find it useful to provide us periodically with
articles for publication in our Newsletter or Journal, and we
would greatly appreciate all inputs. I have attached a copy of
each to give an idea of the nature of these publications. NMIA's
objective is to support the active intelligence community.
