GREETINGS TO ALL AGENCY PERSONNEL
At this time of the year it is customary to take
stock. It has been an eventful year for all of us.
The product of the Agency has maintained its same high
standards and has appreciated in value among those in
the Government who use our intelligence. This should
be a matter of rightful satisfaction to all of you as
it has been due to your able efforts and hard work.
You should also take pride in the contribution you have
made thereby to the search for peaceful and equitable
international solutions in which we as an Agency and
a Government are engaged. I want to express my appre-
ciation and my best wishes to you and your families
at this holiday season.
