Subject: Senior Review Panel Comments on Draft Notice on
NFAC Intelligence Publications, dated 22 Oct 79
1. The Panel believes that the draft NFAC Notice
marks a distinct improvement in the policy and adminis-
trative guidance pertaining to NFAC production. The Notice
is written in a clear, straightforward and easily understood
manner.
2. We have only one procedural comment on the NFAC
publication categories. It is not clear who determines
which art form is to be used in the production process.
Presumably the production offices will make the initial
determination of the appropriate art form, but if so, this
should be spelled out, perhaps in the introductory para-
graph. Unless this procedural matter is made clear, the
production offices may assume that PPG will make this
determination.
