(a) "Access authorization" means an
administrative determination byDOE
that an employee of DOE. a DOE,
contractor or subcontractor, an
employee of a contractor or
subcontractor of another Federal
agency. an Access Permittee, or an
employee of an Access Permitteb is

(b) "Act" means the Atomic Energy
Act of 1954 (63 Stat. 919), including any
