and Industrial Security

Steve:
1. I would be greatly remiss if I did not recognize your superb
accomplishment as the Chairman on the Task Force on Industrial Contracts
and Industrial Security. The nature of the undertaking was almost
gigantic in size and would be a severe test for anyone's ability to
organize and carry through. You met the challenge in a superb fashion
and I feel the Agency should be, as I certainly am, in your debt for
your contribution.
2. May I ask one additional favor of you. I have asked the
Comptroller to schedule an expanded EAG meeting to discuss this
report in early April. I believe it would be of assistance to all of
us if you could open that meeting by giving a brief statement on the
most significant findings and recommendations contained in the report.
3. Again, I extend to you my sincere compliments and personal
gratitude for your responsiveness.
