1. Admin details in subject say that you are the PAG "stuckee".
-- OC's perspective: STARGATE qualifies for report .
-- For FY 1994, STARGATE is authorized 9 U.S. civ positions; no other
expenses were budgeted for. (Actual fill (face) data should be readily
available from PC's manpower folks.)
-- DIA budgeted for no external contracts for this activity for FY 1994.
What I don't know is what, if any, of PC's other contract work would fall under
the OSD reporting requirements. The Congressional Approp add of $2m for
"scalar waves" (what ever it is) immediately comes to mind.
