I would like to amend I I contract so that SG11
ORD can specifically task him to faciii7ace transfer of a
technical program (Star Gate) from another government agency
to CIA. I have enclosed draft language with the specific
tasking and a fee structure for this tasking. I that the contract is active during fiscal year 1995. If
tasking is not completed by 30 Sept. 1995, I anticipate
renewing his contract for FY 1996 in order to complete the
tasking.
