The is currently located at 21 N - 71 W, under the Caicos Islands.
The vessel is interested in cold water fishing. There are two vessels associated with
each other. The second is moving within the vicinity of the Windward Passage between
Cuba and Haiti. However, there are no drugs aboard either vessel and a transfer of
drugs will not occur. The destination of the will be at several lower
islands in the Bahamas 23 N - 75 W.

The was detected at approximate coordinates 2345N/8845W, in
open water. It does not appear to be presently carrying drugs, but is waiting to pick up
drugs from an unidentified source. Once it picks up the drugs, it plans to head for an
area north of Miami (possibly Ft. Lauderdale). There are indications that this path of
entry for drugs into the U.S. is new, and just getting established.

The vessel is currently located at 22 25'N 70 45'W. It is traveling
in a northwest direction to an island in the Bahamas. The probable destination is
24 15'N 7215'W. It is presently carrying drugs. They are located in a rectangular, metal
container that is very cold, possibly a freezer, located toward the rear of the vessel.
