From this open air structure, one can see out into the sky through portal areas. The portal areas are open air structural points with some modern components. The structure is exposed to the elements and people are at the site. An object is wiry and pointed, almost jagged in design and appears to be a loose metallic framework for something. It has a spider like effect in configuration and is separate from the structure itself. A helicopter can be found in the area. Water, mountains and land may be found in its vicinity. It has a circular portion attached to the elongated meshing described in my first report. See attached sketch. It represents mobile happiness. It may be revolving because it can be seen by all and one can move around it. People look at this object for its significance. This unit has some portions made from stone, it stands alone on high and is balanced.
