E. SESSION SUMMARY
The target is a large structure which is essentially oblong shaped
with screws and a metallic framework. This structure moves at a
fast rate and emits combustion elements which are fiery/fumes
etc...It is a scientific high technology object which engages in
air flight. This object is government/military related and is used
by such personnel. The structure emits an incredible luminous
light which ejects from one end while in motion. It is powerful
energy which is technical inside, wired, and rounded on the
surface. This machine is graphic in its design and has doors or
flaps on the sides wherein things may be omitted. It is for the
purpose of viewing things or for spying/ targeting land areas and is
considered a strategic device. It is made in such a fashion that
it can combat certain atmospheric conditions and may travel into
space or on the edge of sky and space in its performance. It can
pick up on certain targeted areas by a graphic technique and may
record such data. This structure makes a powerful loud noise or
sound when engaged. This target reminds me of a rocket, F-29 (MIG)
type of aircraft, or satellite without wings but is not a plane.
The object travels through the air and has a United States emblem
on its side.

3. BACKGROUND:
This project marks the start of a new proficiency series that
is based primarily on a target of "structures/configurations."
These configurations can be anything. However,
buildings/structures will be dominant.
Targets will emphasize key elements that are unique or
distinct. They will be composed of specific shapes,
contours, configurations. Some targets may have
multiple similar shapes/features.
Targets may be commercial, governmental, military,.or
other, either historic or contemporary.
Some targets will have a beacon person; others will not.
There will be 10 targets in this, series. They will-be randomly
selected from the target pool.
