SESSION SUMMARY
The target is a structure which is low on the bottom and high on
top. A long and linear thing may be found here in an upright
position. The structure may have stairs leading to the high area.
It is squared off and yet rounded on top. It is very powerful and
is somehow a window for seeing into the universe or higher
consciousness. It is powerful inside and was constructed as a
vortex for natural energy purposes although it could be considered
ancient in age. In other words, there is a natural universal
connection with higher consciousness at this place which can
involve observations and communications. Trees, water or snow may
be found at the site. The structure is located near the ocean.

3. BACKGROUND:
----This project marks the start of a new proficiency series that
is based primarily on a target of "structures/configurations."
-- These configurations can be anything. HoweverL
buildings/structures will be dominant.
Targets will emphasize key elements that are unique or
distinct. They will be composed of specific shapes,
contours, configurations. Some targets may have
multiple similar shapes/features.
-- Targets may be commercial, governmental, military, or
other, either historic or contemporary.
----Some targets will have a beacon person; others will not.
----There will be 10 targets in this series. They will be randomly
selected from the target pool.
4. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION:
