1. (S/NF/SK) INTERVIEWER TASKING: Project N-1 is the first of five
similar projects (N 1 through N-5), in which the Viewer will be
tasked to describe in detail a document that is being maintained in
the DIAC. In a previous session Source had reported in detail the
data pertaining to "a document" and therefore it was presumed that
the information was, in fact, relevant to the target document. In
this session the Interviewer was tasked to continue to gather
specific data pertaining to the document so that a qualitative
analysis of His information can be made. The Interviewer remained
unwitting as to the actual content of the document.
(S/NF/SK) SOURCE.TASKING: Source was told only that this was a
continuation of a previous session in which He had been tasked to
report on a specific document located within a specific building.
Source was told that this session, unlike the previous session, would
be conducted utilizing the Extended Remote Viewing (ERV) technology
and therefore a re-reading of the encrypted coordinates would be
given as a cue. No other descriptive data or cuing was given to
Source prior to this session.
3. (S/NF/SK) INCLEMENCIES: There were no reportable incidents or
anomalies which may have influenced the data obtained in this
session. Source was not told until just prior to the beginning of
the session that He would be tasked utilizing the ERV technique vice
the Coordinate Remote Viewing technique in which Source had been
previously trained. This slight bit of "mystery" was handled by
Source without any not hesitation or reporting problems.
4. (S/NF/SK) SUMMARY: Source furnished the at summary which

was prepared following the session and submitted to the Interviewer

within 24 hours after the session. The completeness of the
typewritten summary has been compared. to the In notes and
all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as
acceptable by the Interviewer. The information provided in the
summary was found to be complete and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer.
5. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Source was quickly able to reacquire the
"signal line" as promised and reported data pertaining to the
document after He was tasked to do so. The data reported pertain:1nm
to this document seemed to complement His previous impressions of a
contingency planning document as opposed to any tyae of technical
journal or manual.

Site involves a large, grey building, with both flat and
rounded components and a partly sloping roof. There are numerous
cars, pavement, grass, open areas, and other structures in the
vicinity of this one building. A large, rather dirty, brackish
body of water is somewhere nearby. The area in which the
building is located is cut of+ from normal contact, both
physically and administratively. The entrance to the structure
is through glass doors; around the doors it is shiny, hard, lines
in the walls, and darker colored than the rest of the building.

There is a metal door, tables and chairs; tables have shiny tops,
chairs are somewhat scattered around from where they are supposed
to be. This is a place where you keep track of things.: -There
are objects here that remind me of safes- Ii ii -Vey,: hard,

Efocus on document]
White, a few pastel colors of paper. Seems to be around 20-25
pages in length. The title of the document deals with
directions, guidance pre-set guidance for situations- it's not
as useful as it used to be things. Some things are overcome by
events. It seems like it has at least partly to do with some
sort of equipment, hardware of some sort. First part of the
document is historical, general in nature; second part is
imaginary and kind of fictional, like it hasn't happened yet2
"What if...?" The next portion has something to do with
resources, things to be used, general terms, where they are
supposed to be, what they control, overlapping to avoid gaps.
Next portion has tables of items, of things--divided into groups,
orderly and neat sort of fashion. The tables talk about
equipment, hard things, things that can move; they're resources.
The next section is some sort of summation, or restating-
"closi.rig the loop."

This person is relatively tall, knows what's going on; he has
expertise but not as lively now--wears glasses, hair kind of
receding. The subject matter of his document involves plans,
coordination between agencies/groups. Brie+ image of things
being mashed up and put together in a new form. The single most
important item in the document may be a date, as when something
may be slated to happen --a pivot point; the date is fixed, but
the events are not. If they occur, contingencies go into ci.i,ffe(..:t;
if not, other courses of action are taken. It's all kind of
gpfiN:u1,M7.ion. I+ it goes one way, there will be all kinds of
movement an organization specified in the document goes into
effect. Other candidates +or most significant items in the
document include the criteria +or decision making- ..... what it takes
to decide to put it into effect.

At first no illustrations or pictures noticed. Now an
impression of black and white satellite or other overhead
imagery, with annotations and circles indicating critical points.
Some possible letters perceived on the front cover of the
document are P,R,S,K,E,U,T,N,C. This document is restricted ..... -
access to it is limited to only a few people. It seems to have a
classification equivalent to top secret.
