3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source description of site was almost
identical with that provided in earlier sessions, in fact source
realized that he had worked this site previously. NOTE: Both RV-003
and RV-021 experienced AOL of "biowarfare" in conjunction with this
operation, or at least in connection with part of the site.
4. (S/NF/SK) Feedback: In answer to source's query, he was informed
that he had, indeed, worked this target previously and that problems
were being experienced with it, probably because of its complexity and
the number of specific targets it contains. Source and monitor both
reached the conclusion that the best way to pursue this operation is to
assign each target at the site an individual coordinate (thereby lacking
signal to a small area from the start at S1).
