TASK: (28 JUN 90) From a map provided for this purpose,
determine the location of contraband in the SG1A
of drugs in the port area identified as the WkE
SG1A
REPLY: The presence off illegal drugs were perceived at
geographical coordinates 12 10 01 NI 71 57 42 W,
and at geographical coordinates 12 11 50 NI 71 55
30 W. The drugs were not aboard a vessel. They
appeared stored in a "chamber" surrounded by the
color silver, white and red. Distribution of the
drugs occurred at night. Small boats and wooden
planks were in the area. In a second rendering,
the illegal drugs appeared located at 12 09 55 NI
71 56 50 W and at a second geographical location
identified as 12 12 55 N/ 71 56 50 W. A waterfall
was observed in the first area; the second area
was marked by the presence of a warehouse nearby.
A greenish glow and a bad odor is associated with
the second location.

TASK: (3 JUL 90) Describe the activity related to the
SG1A air transport of illegal drugs from the

drops will take place. Describe the vessels
involved, if any. Former drop areas in the areas
of Haiti, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico were
previously utilized.
REPLY: Indications of a previous air-drop effort had been
aborted. A silver, two-motor aircraft was located
east northeast of the airfield complex. The first
drop was projected to occur about 80 miles south
of the common border shared by Haiti and the
Dominican Republic. The second drop was projected
for 11 July 1990 at geographical coordinates 17
10N/ 71 50W, about 110 miles south of La Ramona,
Dominican Republic.
