Site is a group of structures in a warm, bright, sunny area.
Structures for the most part are white, constructed of masonry
mater.lais much like stucco on the putside, and generally with
flat roofs.
These structures are 'located on the highest point of
a low, rolling hill, surrounded by other similar hills in an area
that is dry iAvrid with clumps of trees and othkt- green vegetat.i.?)
hero and there. Near and to the rear of the main t. oup of
structUres is another structure that is round and is full of
: water. Separate from the main pr6up acr'ons a small swale is a
-further structure that: seems to be newly constructed, perhaps of
sheet metaly it is square and very functional in appearance.
There has been other new construction in the immediate vicinity,
along c :1. i. i a sense of recent prosperity, a business in the
expansion phase. The structure of primary interest is set at an
oblique angle to other structures :in the complex: in front of it
and neighboring structures is a semi-circular area that seems to

be 'for"veihcite parking., "ho primary structure inside is dim,
cool, quiet and virtually uninhabited. If there are any people
present, there are only one or two, and they are incidental to
the purpose of the structure (i.e., caretakers or watchmen).
