SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target site is situated in a natural setting. There is
a small body of water nearby.
There are panels throughout the tunnels. In one area, I
could see a small television screen and there were panels around
the screen. It reminded me of a relay command and control
station. At one point, I had the impression of satellites. There
were not any people here.
I could see vans in the tunnels. Everything inside the
tunnels looked new and bright. I could see a bright ring inside
the tunnels.
At one point, I could see several men sitting around a round
table. Several men wore military uniforms. The men were older
and I had the feeling they were of higher rank. They had
equipment plugged into their ears and they were sitting very
close together. They were monitoring or listening to something
outside. This was very sensitive information. This may have
been a bugging.
The men and women that work here do not come here on a
regular basis. It seems that people come here only when required
and at a special time.
