to have taken place at about 1830 hours (local), on 4 April, 1987.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: "Return to yesterday's site and describe the
'meeting and any ramifications thereof in greater detail."

a. Indecencies: None reported.
b. 003 had no difficulty returning to the target site. All observed
actions indicated that 003 had sufficient site contact.

Concern i ng the meeting reported in session one items that
were involved included operations, activities and affairs,
manipulation, extralegal activities, boundaries, cooption of
people not connected with the organization, arrangements involved
in the operations. crossing into areas different than where they
are/were, something similar to "smuggling," and 7avoi.dance."
Activities involved people functioning as "agentS" Of this group,
money, finance, "commodities," and deals, exchanges and
"bartering." Considerable travel .was also connected with
Sc: tivities. A number of small and medium ..... sized grey and dark
colored metallic objects were perceived that or A/S of
"weapons."
A person was perceived traveling (A/S in a passenger
aircraft) to various locations "like" couriering, but also moving
to small clandestine meetings. These meetings are ongoing?small
meetings occur, people travel on a repetitious basis to carry out
culmination of plans which will be fairly climactic. A/S a sense
that a "delivery" of large relative proportions will be made.
Further sense that ultimately several people from this location
will meet together with people already in place in the subject
country (( /S US) and transfer possession of a large volume of
something(s) to the people already there.
