a. To determine the current location of LTC Higgins.
b. To describe his state of mind and the results of his
experiences to date.

a. Inclemencies: Several. They include:
1. Session was conducted in unfamiliar surroundings,
at DIA on Bolling AFB.
2. Viewer felt and expressed concern over pressure,
due to importance of session.
3. Viewer expressed annoyance over sounds from
National Airport.
b. Additional methods: map dowsing
NOTE: Once site was described by standard CRV method,
Viewer proceeded analytically to find possible matching
locations on the photograph provided. Once several
possible matching locations were found, final judgement
of the location was made by viewer sensing each one to
see which felt correct.
