uses of the target structure at encrypted coordinates
913801/893723, using movement methods through time and/or space,
if necessary.

3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS:
a. Inclemencies: none reported
b. Viewer 003 began very well and seemed to be directly
"on target" throughout the early stages of the session. He
remembered many of the perceptions of his last session against
this site, and seemed to use them to access the site again.
c. 003 accessed a piece of equipment for which he could
find no direct English equivalent, and therefore called it the
German word "Anlage" (general meaning: apparatus).
d. 003 appeared to maintain good site contact throughout
the session.

Inside the sheiter/structure of interest at the site is a large,
very complex FAniage] made of metal, plaster, cables, and other
elements that is being watched, tended, supervised, manipulated, and
observed to note, control and exploit effects, some of which are long
term. Cause and effect is involved. Components are
interwoven/intertwined and interconnected. Cooling, controlling,
metering out, parameters, and the specific adjusting of specific levels
+or specific results are involved. Some segments are cylindrical and
involve the idea of containing. Containment is in fact a significant
element here. Cooling fins are present, radiating thermal buildup that
could prove deleterious to the operation otherwise. The entire
LAniage] is supported on concrete yokes in a primarily horizontal
attitude. There is something "like" a closed recirculating
onmon accessing the in ok breaking the "seal" would be
catastrophic +or the operation involved, and would also be physically
dangerous 'for' anyone in the immediate vicinity. It is brightly but
softly lit iimside? and there is ample space to walk completely around
the CAnlage], sides as well as ends for complete 360cn observation and
adjustment of subsystems and components. One portion is "like" anik
engine or carburetor manifold in shape. Input is involved. The amount
of material. introduced controls the speed and vitality of the process.
AOL/S "like" nuclear reactor and radioactive fuel ilytrocthAction, except
this stuff isn't solid. Substance involved is in someway corrosive or
unpleasant/unfriendly to unprotected handling. NoximAs. Dangerous.

What happens here is here only. Doesn't depend on regular outgo
or income of anything exterior to shelter. It's "like" a testing to
see i+ it really works and if so other similar, though refined and
"toughened" facilities/LAnlagen] will be put at varying locations
throughout the country?Sense of this being Soviet territory--at any
rate denied territory to US interest. Externally there is hardly any
noise nor any major heat/light/noise signature to indicate process
being performed inside FAniagel casing CAOL/S many have to do with
F'' adioactivity "like' an almost Field-deployable nuclear
reactor/generator.]
Lifespan of the LAniagel unfolds thuslyN previously ("like" 1 1/?
to 2 yrs) people and vehicles carrying large metal components arrive
and eonstuct interior EAniage] and exterior shelter basically
simultaneously . .some parts are too big to bring through a door and must
be put in place before shelter can be completely enclosed. Testing
"low load" runs. Sub systems checked out over period. "Full runs"
going on now. Eventually site will continue as a "research" station to
develop possible future improvements and applications. FAOL/B Fusion
plant] The substance inside the LAniage] is up to a point recyclable.
It's "like" there's two different systems that are not in any way
physically connected but must be in immediate proximity to one another
Li ecause they depend on each other to accomplish the desired result.
But they may not intermingle without completely negating project. The
one thing and the other have some sort of measurable significant impact
on each other without actually being in direct contact.
