There may be a type of access way (door) on the west side. "Technician types" (there do not seem to be many) can be found within, their movements generally confined to an area along the inner west sidQ--Clengthwise) of the structure (AOL-walkway). The sound of (perhaps)-ventilation equipment is present. At times, what appears to`~b~ (AOL-individual aircraft) sit inside astride th~~"lorigi~ udinal axis of the structure. The technician types are engaged in monitoring/maintaining controlled yyonditions, associated with something that is done to ther(aircraft). The surface (coating), of whatever is sitting inside curing these times, feels "wet" or sticky. ~.-c~ .,~ Tdeas associated with the above are: nondestructive testing and C:'curing". CAt7Ls.:~^experimental aircraft, X-15, X-1 (from trackex?s & AOL -sketch), and Earl Skives paint job] CLASSIFIED SY: DIAAA1-DT Approved For Release 2000/08/08 :CIA-I~~~~~~l~9R003400220001-0
