SUBJECT: Operational. Summary -- Task 91. - 4 (U)
memorandum
1. (U) Task 91-4 is Operational Project 911009 conducted against
Target Number 3.
2. (S/NF) The remote viewers conceptually describe the presence of
an elderly, dark complected, political/military leader whose influence
is affected by social./religious influences. This leaders appears to
have been beset by military and political setbacks. However, he is a
srvivor, a resourceful. and fiercely independent person. He is
considered brutal and sinister by many; he is the subject of public
notoriety.
3. (S/NF) One viewer indicated the target personality could be a
scientist. A second viewer indicated the presence of long narrow,
underground areas that are of significant interest and associated with
the target personality.
4. (U) OFS COMMENTS: Recent world events surrounding Desert Storm
and Saddam Hussein of Iraq may have affected the above reporting.
