enjoyment of people.
There is a modern structure/object, or monument in a concrete
rectangular area which may be affiliated with some known institute
or is representational in nature. This is a plaza (public area)
which is sunk-in like a tidal basin.
Also, there is a propeller or helicopter with a light which can be
seen in the dark.
