The target is a metallic vehicle which can move at great speed.
It has some modern technology on it and is manually steered with
various digital dials on the inside. This transportation vehicle
has bright lights in front and can be detected on radar. It may
be able to go through tunnels and is specifically designed to be
an all terrain vehicle.
