political leader geographically :located in a Middle Eastern or Indian
type environment. He is a dark complected individual who oftentimes
wears a distinctive, white/grey beard. He is currently preoccupied
with poli.ti.cal oratory initiated to explain/justify a political
p(:(si t.:i on of moderate foreign policy interest to the US. The target
personality's (::c:iuntry of origin is located in the near vicinity of an
extensive body of water that appears character:i st:i call y
stagnant./brackish(. The presence of a younger female, possibly the
spouse of the target personality is inferred. There is an indication
of some form of growth or power associated with energy and a structure
that appears to be of :interest.
