(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is part of on-
going taskings in response to a request from Joint Interagency
Task Force West (JIATF-West) in Alameda, California. The data
provided in this report will be used by the J22 division in their
assessment effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The
information provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA
employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies.

(S/NF/ roject concentrated on the target
personality The results were forwarded to JTF-5
by secure fax on 16 Nov 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is
at Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

from each source.

-- The target HH is located by a foreign
sandy beach area or ocean ron w is has some history or
culture. This individual is in the habit of smuggling cocaine,
heroin or an opium derivative. Packaging is in the form of
cigarette containers which are white in color, long and narrow
about the size of pens.

He works for an organization which is known to receive large sums
of money for the transfer and distribution of drugs. Known night
time smuggling routes are utilized. Advantages include several
vessels of transportation for drop-off and off-loading. This
individual works at times to oversee the given illegal transfer
of drugs.
