(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is part of on-
going taskings in response to a request from Joint Interagency
Task Force West (JIATF-West) in Alameda, California. The data
provided in this report will be used by the J22 division in their
assessment effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The
information provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA
employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies.

(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: SG1A
-- The target is working on narcotics
smuggling and is associated with water and vessels as a means of
transport. He is part of a group activity which has included far
Eastern or Asian people in the past. The drugs he transports are
packaged in white plastic. This individual will be joined by
others for on-load and off-load procedures to transfer the
narcotics. Two vessels are involved and on their way to travel
in connection with a deal to take place in November.

-- Target is a male individual who is dark skinned. This
man has quite a bit of activity around him. He works with groups
and networks. His work is around water or he may live near
water. He is considered a businessman in his line of work which
may be illegal drug operations. Women help this man. He is
considered intelligent and he lives a good, comfortable life. He
has been involved in illegal drug trafficking for many years and
he is well connected. He knows exactly what he is doing and has
been well rewarded monetarily for his work.
