His activities have included packaging illegal contraband for transport, for money, and he is heavily relied on for his middle man role. He has had losses in his past and does not carry out operations from start to finish on his own. He is currently waiting for a deal to come through and something may come into fruition along these lines in August. He is afraid or should be afraid of who he talks to because if he is not careful word could get out. There is a woman around him he knows personally. - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B: -- Viewer's Note: During this session, i experienced a major A.I. (aesthetic impact) consisting of a "BI-LO", or bi- location event. This is defined as the viewer's consciousness essentially being present at both the target location and session site. (See attached sketch) -- The target was busily preoccupied with pouring over a set of maps. He was setting on a stool-like chair and the maps appear to rest upon a table similar to a large drafting table with a tilting top. He wore black rimmed reading glasses and was smoking a very short and fat cigarette. He was wearing western clothing consisting of a light, short sleeve dress shirt with the collar opened and grayish, and well pressed pants. The pants looked expensive and had a sharp crease. CIA-RDP96-00789R002800060003-3 The maps depicted a set of islands and I think they were navigational or shipping charts; there were all sorts of lines with corresponding numbers, compass-like figures super imposed upon the maps and numbers/contour lines in a light color. (I felt these may have been water depth, or something like that). -- There was a solid piece of land along the right side of the maps; my impression was that this was the western shore line of a large land mass i.e. North America. There was some sort of warning associated with the area around one of the islands. The target individual seemed particularly interested in this area, and the island adjacent below. -- The room was dark as if paneled and there was only a work table type lamp on. There were windows along the far side of the room but the curtains were drawn. The room was small. -- The target was thinking about "raking somebody over the coals". He seemed very apprehensive about the "end" of this activity/operation. He has isolated himself completely from most of his associates. -- I sense that target individual is now in transit as he is looking over the maps. His mind is well disciplined and difficult to penetrate. He is very intelligent, verging on genius. -- At this point, he became very agitated as if he was sensing a probe. There was a loud noise which drew me out of the room and shifted my focus. This noise could have either been within our building or within the hallway outside of the room in which the target was present. - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- No input.
