is known for smuggling narcotics. He is a preacher or speaker of
sorts and works with a fat Caucasian man. He has received a lot
of money for large shipments in the past and may be targeting the
U.S. arena for drug deliveries by November of this year. Federal
authorities can intercept these shipments because he has a known
route for making deliveries.
