(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is part of on-
going taskings in response to a request from Joint Task Force
Five (JTF-5) in Alameda, California. The data provided in this
report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment
effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information
provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote
viewing (RV) methodologies.
SG1B (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report
concentrated on The results were forwarded to JTF-5
by secure fax on gus 994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is
at Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source. This is a follow-on tasking to Project
94-252-0 dated 18 July 95 referencing
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:
SG1B -- The target is a dark-complected individual who
is known for smuggling narcotics. He is a preacher or speaker of
sorts and works with a fat caucasian man. He has received a lot
of money for large shipments in the past and may be targeting the
U.S. arena for drug deliveries by November of this year. Federal
authorities can intercept these shipments because he has a known
route for making deliveries. "An image of lockers with the
number 28 came to mind".
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B:

-- Target personality has a lot of hidden money. Target
personality reports to a higher male individual who has a lot of
power. Target will be very active within the next few months.
He will be involved with two or three women who will help him in
his illegal activities.
