Evaluator's Estimate
The target individual is tall with a fair complexion. He is
well educated and has been associated with the then Soviets in the
past. He is very manipulative and coerces others continually. He
is also bad tempered and extremely sure of himself.
He was either trained by the Soviets or has an expert
understanding of a type of Soviet technology. I see him associated
with water and electrical devices.
He is interested in or associated with small round and square
objects which are wrapped with a frosted material like heavy waxed
paper.
He is either also interested or has had training in "high
strength/light weight material; also rolls of a chrcoal colored
fabric or flexible material.
I sense that he is from an "ocean-side" kingdom or former
monarchy.

UNPROMPTED PERCEPTIONS DURING THIS SESSION:
- There will be a natural catastrophe or a similar event of
seemingly planetary magnitude hit a major west coast city; maybe
L.A. It is as if a hugh section of terrain is picked up and then
suddenly dropped like a gigantic pie.
- There is an object which looks like a giant cylinder on fire
poking hole through space.
- Something can be seen splitting open, like a giant ripe
fruit. '
- I see/sense alot of bullets flying around after a tilting
motion occurs.
- I see alot of fires. Large sections of area appear as a
wasteland from fires. The sky is a surrealistic color; almost as
if the sky itself is on fire. There are waves of oscillating color
and streaks. It appears as if a wall of fiery color is sweeping
across a section of terrain.
- I see a hole being punched through a large object or section
of earth as if someone taking a wooden stick and poking it up
through the bottom of a pie or cake with the stick protruding out
of the top.
