The data provided in this report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report is the eleventh in a series o ings. This project concentrated on the target The results were forwarded to JTF-5 by secure fax on 31 May 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is at Appendix B. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone; but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data sources (HUNINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT). Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than specific data (e.g. dimensions, names). SG1A - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: -- has been involved in the transfer of drugs. The target is associated with a small group of people with a past of drug related activity. Among this group is a black haired, smart woman of shady character who has a relationship to a powerful man with dark short and curly hair. An illegal activity will be carried out before July which will involve smuggling from Mexico or South America. A red vehicle with a license plate associated with the term "Gear" and the letter "M", in reference to a name, came to mind. -- In summary, a small group of people aboard a medium sized vessel near coastal waters will be engaging in the illegal transfer of contraband. (S/NF/-SG/LIMDIS) Source B: -- No input. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- Activity consists of a drug vessel that is currently very active. The vessel is traveling in an eastern direction and is carrying contraband in the form of drugs. The vessel may recently have undergone structural repairs or may have this done in the near future. The vessel is considered medium to small in size and there are three or four individuals that are involved with the vessel at all times. One may be a female. The vessel may have been in the Caribbean at one time.
