(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is the twelfth
in a series of reports which provides data in response to a
request from Joint Task Force Five (JTF-5) in Alameda,
California. The data provided in this report will be used by the
J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their
counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was
generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report is the
twelfth in a series of taskings. This project concentrated on
SGlAthe target The results were forwarded
to JTF-5 by secure fax on 2 June 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation
feedback is at Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

DATA SUMMARIES
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:
SG1A __ is a dark hispanic who is a
suspected drug runner. He wor with a brother or other male
family member and is located in a warm sunny climate where there
are many cats. He is mechanically inclined or can by trade do
manual labor. He carries a green duffel bag which has contained
therein, metallic, long and slender pipe shaped hardware and can
be dangerous. There are boxes around him with items which are
transported or smuggled and he is somewhat superstitious by
nature. SG1A
_ s an individual who travels
alone and is familiar with firearms. He wears fatigues or
similar type wearing apparel and a thin chain around his neck
symbolic of his association to others. He is considered a "good
for nothing" or bad guy with keen senses and is a bit on the
paranoid side about his secretive activities. This man is
capable of killing for profit, essentially having no real regard
for human life outside of his own associations. He will need a
good lawyer and there may be a death associated with this man in
the not too distant future. There also may have been a
connection or affiliation with the Caribbean in his past.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B:
-- The target is associated somehow with aircraft. He is
also involved with radio communications with another individual.
He has been a prisoner in the past; i perceived ankle shackles on
him, placed on a bench and being led somewhere while shackled.
He is somehow associated with a group of elders who are

indigenous to the region (i.e. Native American or Indian). He
has been secured to a metal bar or tube.
-- He is associated with a structure that is very light
inside and feels sterile. This is reminiscent of a lab, research
facility, or a hospital. He is walking rapidly down a
hallway and passes through large swinging doors. There is a
stainless steel container reminiscent of an odd shaped thermos
bottle.
-- There is another room which has poor lighting. There are
other people in this room and there is a lot of smoke. The
target is very interested in a scanning apparatus. There is a
tank of fluid, film canisters and the concept of film processing.
The target is involved with duplicating rolls of film within a
"processing section" of the facility.
-- There is another large container which contains a thick
liquid. Something feels "flattened" here. The target rides a
bicycle and hides the duplicated rolls of film within the bike
somehow.
-- The target has access to many doors within the facility
and is predominately interested in a room labeled "C T Imagery".
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C:
Based on the individual's name, one can easily assume
that he is Hispanic. The individual is involved in "illegal"
activities and has been for awhile. He can be consider a
"middleman". He is involved with a large organization and is
making a lot of money. He is intelligent and can be considered
quick. He is also rough. He is wanted by the law and has been
for some time. He is being monitored by legal forces. He has
done a lot of traveling and may be on the move now.
