(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is the tenth
in a series of reports which provides data in response to a
request from Joint Task Force Five (JTF-5) in Alameda,
California. The data provided in this report will be used by the
J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their
counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was
generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report is the
SG1A tenth in a s f taskings. This project concentrated on the
targe The results were forwarded to JTF-5 by
secure tax on ay 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is at
Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT).
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names).

(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.

-- The target has dark almost black thick
hair, is heavy set, and has a beard. He regularly wears dark
sunglasses. This man has traveled, he may have been to Europe
and some economically suppressed country in his past. He has
been known to be at airports or to choose this mode of personal
travel. He may have been associated with a marina before. He
may also have been affiliated with some type of trucking because
the image of large gray trucks with red lettering came to mind.

beautiful colorful skies, a warm climate, and possibly orange
juice. He is currently near a river bed, grasslands, and some
tall and thin light barked trees in the south.

smoke cigars. is also in contact with a sister who
