footage which is light and black. in color with a tall perhaps
circular centerpiece. The target is in good condition. The vessel
is associated with white rock or white rocks, probably in reference
to its cargo (possibly cocaine) or is near a location with white
rock chips. The vessel iswarm location with palm plants and
beach side waters. The is located in the gulf or is
harbored. A crew member of this vessel is caucasian with a slender
face and is sporting a light mustache beard combination or goatee.
