The target is a white medium to large vessel. Men are aboard, some
of which are immigrants or foreigners, that are either dark skinned
and or wearing dark clothing. The ship has been at some point off
the coast of California but is currently moving westward in Pacific
waters possibly near the Hawaiian Islands, where there are
beautiful sunsets. There are clear liquid plastic containers
aboard and some heavy equipment. Some munitions and ammunition can
be found for defense purposes aboard ship. The men aboard are
watching and observing to perhaps make a connection. The activity
is illegal contraband and the transfer of this cargo. Intervention
could occur within the next two weeks.
