The data provided in this report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this first report concentrated on the target vessel The results were forwarded to JTF-5 by secure fax on 24 March 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is at Appendix B. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone; but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT). Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable then specific data (e.g. dimensions, names). (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: -- The target is a white medium to large vessel. Men are aboard, some of which are immigrants or foreigners that are either dark skinned and or wearing dark clothing. The ship has been at some point off the coast of California but is currently moving westward in Pacific waters possibly near the Hawaiian Islands. There are clear liquid plastic containers aboard and some heavy equipment. Some munitions and ammunition can be found for defense purposes aboard ship. The men aboard are watching and observing to perhaps make a connection. The activity is illegal contraband, and the transfer of this cargo. Intervention could occur within the next two weeks. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B: -- Sketch 3a is an advance visual prior to session start. SG1A -- The target is associated with fish, either commercial or sports; however, it also feels like a combination of both. The target has a "trawler-like" appearance but it's bow seems more like a sports fishing vessel. This makes it feel as if it is also involved with another type of fishing activity (sketches 3b & c). -- The target is currently in trouble; it is being pounded by water. It seems to be turned in the wrong direction to handle the weather/waves/surf conditions (i.e. facing shore). REPRODUCTION REQUIRES APPROVAL OF ORIGINATOR OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY FURTHER DISSEMINATION ONLY AS DIRECTED BY DIA/PAG OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY CLASSIFIED BY MULTIPLE SOURCES DECLASSIFY ON OADR SECRET NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE LIMDIS Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700050001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700050001-7 SECRET The target appears outwardly abandoned but is occupied. It is stationary and bobbing in pretty rough water right now. -- An area where high, steep terrain meets "frothy" water is within view of the target. There is a long, gently rising point of sand or bare land which juts out into the water away from the steep terrain. This feature extends for a long ways (see overhead terrain (sketch 3d). A road or "jeep trail" occurs on top of this steep terrain and follows the edge of the "drop-off" (sketch 3e). -- The target is involved with illegal activities concerning fishing. There is a sense that "the wrong kinds of animals are being killed or exploited". These animals are reminiscent of sea mammals (i.e. non-fish type animals). The target is involved with illegal contraband. The target has carried long, white and curved objects which "feel" animal in origin. However, the target feels as if it is about to become "dirty" in another, unperceived, way. -- There is the sense that the target is off of the western coast of northern part of Central America but at the same time, feels associated with an area north of Washington state; possibly the Alaska/British Columbia border. It is anchored close to an isolated and rugged shoreline. -- Other associated features, concepts or perceptions relating to this target (to include those depicted by sketches) include: --- something abnormal about the hull; there are extra angles, points and/or curved projections extending out from the side of the target. --- a feature reminiscent of a sort of folding "chute" attached to an interior wall of the target. --- rippling slats of wood. --- a large reel of parachute-type cord. --- the presence of weapons or objects associated with weapons (sketches 3f & g). These are associated with a large, green wooden box which appears attached to the wall and floor and located amidship on the starboard side. There is a lot of water coming in due to the action of the water. There is a ladder located on the port side of the vessel in this location. --- the "holding" section of the vessel is exposed and is currently either empty or is not "holding" or containing what it is intended to hold. --- the concept of "3 weeks". is important. --- there are flat, layered objects which have been "sandwiched" tightly together. --- there is a platform-like feature associated with "standing" which extends out over the bow of the vessel. --- there is a large opening through a box-like feature which provides access both "in and out" of the vessel's interior area. --- there are one or two slanted "booms" which extend out over the stern. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- The target consists of a vessel that has been known to carry illegal contraband along the coast of California. The vessel can be considered medium to large and has the color white, blue or red. The vessel is currently moving on waters (Pacific Ocean?) near Northern California.
